Ho​w we do that

This does not mean that we simply push the pedal to ​the metal. We look at every part of the process and determ​ine how to measure performance and quality. Not all orders are the same. You may ​not know in advance exactly what ​needs to happen to get an order to ​production. You do want an overview ​and insight into the status of orders and ​monitoring progress. All this without it ​leading to time-consuming ​administration for your employees.

Through ​external hardware we read signals ​(e.g. motor on/off) and values (e.g. ​rulers and measuring tools) and can ​transmit additional visible or ​audible warning signals such as light ​and buzzer depending on order ​info.

• Instead of writing down with a bill at ​the machine which tools have expire​d, you can obtain an overview per ma​chine of what needs to be replac​ed directly at your tool magazi​ne. Alarming

• Perhaps you have an on-call service, ​then you want direct alerting or at ​least real-time remote visibility. We ​measure, filter, alert and forward to ​several media channels.

• Flex-BPM provides a documented ​API (Application Programming ​Interface) based on REST. This ​allows other systems to exchange ​data and call functions both locally ​(on premise) and in the cloud.
